Put the manuscript aside, ...Here's a wild idea. Put the manuscript aside, it whas served its purpose and may come in handy later. Think about what the best bit of the book is. The very best scene. That's where your book needs to start, even if you then have to write flashback, even if you later move it to the middle again. It will revitalise the story because you are literally looking at a different angle on it. You wrote a whole book in a month, you can manage a rewrite of the first chapters in another month. Don't let the oroginal slow you down, all the characters and plot as you know them now are ready to tell the story again, only better.
